Upon visiting the site and meeting with the property owner or other key personnel, our project manager contacts all insurance professionals involved with the claim. However, in certain instances, it may be necessary for Crystal Restoration to secure the property through boardup before an insurance adjuster is involved. This is only done in those extreme situations where further damage (i.e., vandalism, storm damage, etc.) could result if action is not immediately taken.

Together with the claims adjuster, our representative determines which areas need to be addressed and begins coordinating the restoration process.
