We had extensive water damage to our home on a Saturday. Marc and his team immediately came to our home and work diligently and tirelessly to rid the 7000 gallons of water in our basement stemming from a pipe that broke on the first floor. I wanted to take a moment to express my thanks for the services of Crystal Restoration. This company did an awesome job removing my damaged basement floor today. What a group of professionals. Mark was courteous and thorough in attending to every detail. He and the work crew were polite, and their work and clean up were meticulous.

I had to leave for a quick appointment, and when I returned to my real surprise, of their own volition, they had put the tarp back over my hatchway and affixed it with bricks to protect from rain. (I had removed this prior to their arrival).

What a breath of fresh air these folks are, and I feel their professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding.

I wanted to let you know how happy my family and I are with your recommendation of Crystal Remediation! We called you early on New Year’s Eve day explaining what had happened in our home. You recommended Crystal and said you would have them at the house by 1:30. Really, I thought. 1:30 on NYE? I honestly figured it would be Tuesday after the holiday before anyone would be out. But lo and behold, at 1:30 PM on Sunday, there was Steve and his crew from Crystal at the door. Led by Steve, these men were courteous, kind and genuinely concerned for our well being. Steve immediately set out assessing the damage. Taking readings of the water content in the (not so) dry wall throughout the many flooded areas of the house. In the meantime, his crew was laying down moving rugs and plastic so as not to damage the hardwood floors and undamaged furniture. These guys were amazing! Once Steve had the necessary readings, his crew went to work, ripping out drywall, carpets, rugs, etc and within hours EVERYTHING that was wet was out of the house and into a dumpster. While it is traumatic to see one’s house being ripped apart, we also knew Steve and his crew were helping us take the first step in fixing the problems and helping us recover! Remember, this was NYE day and Steve still had to go to another damaged house. His crew stayed until nearly 5pm, setting up the giant dehumidifier and fans throughout the house and said they would be back first thing Tuesday morning to “clean things up”. I put that in quotes because, while the house was a disaster because of the flood, they made it clean and livable!

As promised, first thing Tuesday morning, Crystal was back to finish the job. They squared off areas of dry wall that were already down, and took down more that wasn’t necessarily in immediate need to come down on Sunday. They helped us remove large, wet and damaged furniture from the house and were a pleasure to deal with! True miracle workers in every sense!

While I would never wish this upon any one, should you need a remediation company who goes above and beyond, who are professional, kind, caring, nice, workaholics…I highly recommend going with Crystal. They eased our pain and kept us standing when it looked as if the world was closing in.
